Ordering
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
In order to deliver the best service possible, all our orders are processed as quickly as possible. This may mean that changes to delivery options, addresses, or payment methods are not possible.
If you need to make a change to your order please contact contact@laseanceselfcare.com as soon as possible.
Can my order be sent to a different adress?
Yes. When filling out your shipping details, enter the alternate address. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact us at contact@laseanceselfcare.com
Payment
How can I pay for my order?
You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. We take your security very seriously, and use only proven methods of payment, therefore your details are safe with us.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Unless otherwise stated discount codes can't be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
All shipping times are given on the shipping section. Please note that shipping cut off times are 9am GMT time on business working days.
Do you offer express delivery?
We do offer express delivery on Canada & USA orders. Please note that express delivery is on business working days (e.g. if ordered after 9am GMT Friday, your order will be delivered the following Tuesday).
Do you ship overseas?
All orders are currently shipped from Canada. We offer international delivery all around the world. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout once your delivery address has been entered.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping within Canada is free on orders $90 CAN or over. Standard shipping within USA is free on orders $80USD. Express delivery in Canada & USA is available and is calculated at checkout. How can I track my order?
All orders are sent via tracked delivery as standard. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking code and link.
What do I do if I've missed my delivery?
If you are not there when delivery is attempted, the courier should leave a delivery note stating where you can pick your order up from, or how you can re-schedule a delivery.
Taxes and Duties
As your order is shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), orders being shipped internationally may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by La Séance. La Séance is unable to refund any additional duties, fees, or import taxes.
Returns
There is a manufacturing fault with my order. What can I do?
All La Séance products are made with great care and quality materials. However, if you have received an item that has a manufacturing defect then please contact us at contact@laseanceselfcare.com with a description and photo. We will rectify this issue immediately.
I've received the wrong item in my order. What can I do?
We take great care in packaging all orders. If you have received the incorrect item, please contact contact@laseanceselfcare.com and we will rectify this issue immediately.
How do I return items?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and returning your item for a refund couldn't be simpler. If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, you are able to do this within 14 days of receiving your order.
Contact us by mail at contact@laseanceselfcare.com BEFORE sending back the item.
Please note that unless the product is faulty, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Money-back guarantees are applicable to the order only, and not to return postage costs.
As soon as we receive your order, we'll process a refund to the original payment method. If returning an item, it must be unused and in it's original packaging.

What payment terms do you accept?
Orders are billed in €. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Select your preferred method of payment at the checkout.
