Each order is prepared with care from our Canadian studio, where your items are lovingly wrapped before beginning their journey to you.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel’s journey in real time.

If any delays occur during processing, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

🇨🇦 Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 5 – 9 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2 – 4 business days

🇺🇸 United States

  • Standard Shipping: 7 – 12 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout, based on your location and the method you select.
Please note that total delivery time may take up to one month from the date of order.

3. Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $90 CAD within Canada and $80 USD within the USA.
For orders below this amount, standard shipping rates apply and are shown at checkout.

Every La Séance order begins its journey from our studio in Canada — prepared with care, intention, and serenity.
We’re proud to deliver worldwide, wherever calm and self-care are needed most.

Due to logistics or courier restrictions, La Séance cannot currently ship to the following destinations:

All international orders are shipped from Canada within 2–4 business days of purchase (processing, quality check, and packaging).
Once dispatched, your parcel travels via Canada Post or Purolator, depending on destination.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking data to update.

6. Shipping Delays

We strive to process and ship promptly, but external factors — such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays — may occasionally cause disruptions.
If your parcel is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please reach out to us at contact@laseanceselfcare.com and we’ll assist right away.

La Séance cannot be held responsible for postal delays, customs hold-ups, or any duties or taxes applied by the destination country.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
La Séance is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
If you spot an error after ordering, email us immediately — we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.

8. Duties & Taxes

For all destinations, including the U.S. and Canada, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your location.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
La Séance Selfcare is not liable for any additional fees incurred during international transit.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care to package your items securely.
If your parcel arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us at contact@laseanceselfcare.com — we’ll work with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue.
